T-Mobile Treat Van
We’ve just launched the Treat Van – the brand-spanking new, super-targeted, digital CRM programme from T-Mobile.
From now on, T-Mobile’s favourite customers can swing by the Treat Van and get exclusive discounts and free stuff. And it’s also given T-Mobile a space to engage with their customers (especially the hard-to-reach, Pay As You Go ones) and create valuable behaviour change.
There’s plenty more to come from T-Mobile’s new CRM programme too though – so this is just the beginning!
For now, the Treat Van is only available to selected T-Mobile customers – so unless you’re one of them, you won’t be able to experience it with all the bells and whistles. But if you are, enjoy your treat!
