to-be and the healthcare professionals they rely on. We recommended to SMA that as experts in baby nutrition, they could help by providing timely and relevant help. So SMA ‘know-how’ was born.

At the hub

of ‘know-how’ is a series of web-hosted films, featuring real mums and midwives, sharing tips with SMA’s nutritionist. The website was packed with other resources like downloadable helpsheets on everything from expressing milk to colic.

To work hand-in-hand with the site resources, we created an eCRM support programme that extends from expectant mothers to parents of toddlers. And every now and then we popped a useful information pack in the post too.
