To help people complete their weight-loss journey by eating better, taking exercise and using alli properly we provide a support programme accessible through the web and mobile. They include tools to track your progress personalised feedback community of support – ways to develop new skills in weight loss management real-life explanatory films, interactive widgets to make a plan and track progress and ways to develop new skills in cooking and exercise.
Our approach uses some of the latest thinking in Behavioural Economics, such as reframing issues, chunking tasks into easy steps, priming expectations of the plan and social proofing to validate the decision to start the alli plan.
